Inside Sales

We are looking for Inside Sales

 

Goal: Maximizing market share via distribution channels' effectiveness and ensuring that dealers achieve their sales targets while maintaining a positive relationship with the company.

Focus: Primarily concentrates on motivating and accountability of dealers, distributors, or resellers who sell a company's products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming leads, quotes, opportunities and other general customer-facing queries
  • Influence consumer buying habits through establishing and maintaining high quality customer relationships and offering product options and yard systems to ensure the customer receives first-class satisfaction
  • Achieve Individual Sales Targets and activity KPI’s set by the Internal Sales Manager
  • Keep on top of leads and opportunities on a daily basis
  • Prepare proposals as required that clearly articulate Arrowquip’s points of difference and encourages the purchase of higher margin products
  • Take a proactive approach to generating inquiries through dealer businesses through follow-up of marketing efforts
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM with key market intelligence that is up to date and accurate
  • Provide support and service to new and existing customers to ensure the customer experience is excellent throughout the sales and after-sales process
  • Provide cover for other Internal Sales during absences on leave
