We are looking for Stations & Commercial Sales

 

Goal: Grow sales and market share by building the pipeline and shorten sales cycle through consultative selling + RTG methodology.

Focus: Primarily concentrates on building the pipeline and shorten sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-active Lead generation (Hunters)
  • Consultative Selling (qualify/disqualify, create sense of urgency, present solutions, handle objections, close)
  • Understand cattle/sheep behaviour and facilitate yard design that meets animal welfare and human safety requirements
  • Understand market, customer needs, competition (DIY approach)
  • Self-starter, regular travel, pipeline management and forecasting, close collaboration with internal team, T's & C's savvy
